When life gives you lemons, make warm lemon water!

It's almost like the old adage says, "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade".

 

 

 

I remember that saying from when I was 10 and had my first lemonade stand with my childhood best friend Samantha. We made THE BEST lemonade and were even featured on the front page of the Patriot Ledger Newspaper! HA!! I'll keep digging around for that picture but for now, as an adult I decided to make my own lemonade, without added sugar. Because we all know sugar makes us crazy, literally.. i'll save that one for a future blog! I love getting up in the morning and kicking my day off with a warm cup of lemon water. Honestly, the benefits are ridiculous

and it's just so good for you! 

 

Winter, summer, spring or fall!

 

 

 

This is the low down on what makes this a must for your morning routine:
