I'm soooo excited to share my Choco PB Smoothie recipe!!! This had been a constant go to these past couple weeks. As the seasons shift so do our eating habits. I find my body craving peanut and chocolate, together, separate, just lots of it!! Typically, craving(s) represent foods, deficits, and behaviors.

1c nut milk (Hemp Original & Vanilla these days)
2tbs peanut butter (Teddies creamy organic)
1tbs cacao (powdered)
cacao nibs sprinkled on top
1tbs coconut oil or coconut butter
2tsp Super Golden Blend™
- flax seed (ground)
- chia seeds
- black pepper (ground)
