While I was healing myself from my autoimmune disease this is the smoothie recipe that I enjoyed almost daily, and still do! It's become my signature smoothie. Of course I keep tweeking the recipe but this is pretty much my go-to. Loaded with anti-inflammatories, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, antioxidants, adaptogens, you name it!
It's a medium size jar of goodness!
1c coconut , almond, or hemp milk (any nut milk will do, or soy)
1/2c mango and/or pineapple (frozen)
1 banana (I like mine with a tint of green)
1tbs coconut oil or coconut butter
2tsp Super Golden Blend™
- flax seed (ground)
- chia seeds
- pinch of black pepper (ground)
