Banana Almond Smoothie

When I started changing my eating lifestyle I was hooked on smoothies. I mean hooked! Smoothies every day!! I would find recipes online and tweak them to my liking. I used a NutriBullet {and still do} to mix my concoctions up to perfection! Nothing super fancy or expensive but easy to use PLUS it helped me feel better and that's what this is all about - helping you feel better inside and out. The recipe below is a basis, of course feel free to get creative!

2c vanilla almond milk 1/4c almond butter 2 ripe bananas 2tbs ground flaxseed 1/4tsp cinnamon 2tbs agave or raw honey
